Northern Hotel, Billings

The hotel had comfy and modern rooms with friendly service, but the rooms were a bit small and nothing special. The location was great for dining and had free coffee in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with two TVs and plenty of space, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and nice amenities. However, the room felt a bit cramped and cluttered with lots of furniture, including a chair blocking the closet space. The service was exceptional, with extremely polite and helpful staff going above and beyond to fulfill all needs. The hotel's location was excellent, in a downtown area filled with restaurants and stores. The dining experience at Bernie's was delightful with delicious grilled dishes. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.

I stayed at a hotel located on 19 North Broadway, ideal for walking around downtown and exploring the local grills and pubs. The room featured a king-sized bed, sitting area, and modern amenities, but it was a bit chilly, and I missed having coffee and a fridge in the room. The initial journey from the parking lot to the hotel was a bit confusing. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, especially during a downpour. The hotel's location is central and convenient for city exploration, although it might feel a bit sketchy for solo female travelers in the downtown area. Dining at Bernie's Diner left much to be desired, being charged extra for parking and having limited breakfast options. Overall, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory, offering standard services and amenities.
